Shipping Policy
Ayra Arts ensure that your every purchase is memorable experience. We take utmost care in Packing to ensure that product reach safely to you.
You need to provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip/pin code and the mobile number. This will help to deliver your order faster. Since we rely on our shipping partners for delivery, we will not be able to redirect orders once package is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping within India, there is no minimum purchase limit. Hence you do not have to pay any shipping chargers.
International Shipping:
The shipping costs for international orders would vary based on the location and the charges are at actual quoted by our shipping companies. Once you complete the Payment for Product, We will pack and get in touch with you to share the international shipping cost as the shipping charges depend on the volumetric weight of the package.
Once we receive the Shipping amount, we will proceed to dispatch the order.
Please note: Few countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping companies at the time of order delivery.
Timelines:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception it may take up to 72 hours… You will receive the shipment tracking number upon dispatch.
Any delay due to factors that are outside our control (Customs, vehicle breakdowns, location lockdown.. etc), we deeply regret the inconvenience.
Non-Availability on Delivery:
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the order 3 times before they return it to us.

Proof of Delivery:
As per courier SOP TAT for raising concern for such cases is 24-48 hrs, any concern for POD is raised beyond TAT cannot be processed. In case of any future dispute kindly raise your concern within TAT.
