Return & Refund Policy
Ayra Arts endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Products once sold cannot be returned. It can be returned only if the product is damaged during the transit.
- Full Payment Refunds (Excluding shipping charges and payment gateway charges) are applicable in case of damaged product that we are not able to replace with the same product.
- Failure of delivery due to shipping partner issue (Refunds Not Applicable for the failure of delivery due to incorrect address/contact numbers provided by the customer).
- Once order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- Products offered in Sale, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Any dispute or concern on any product, please get in touch us within 24 hours of delivery. Post this timeline, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.
Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. inform us immediately
